1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LoopingSolution governing your access to and use of our web platforms, artificial intelligence automation systems, and data science consulting services.
2. Enterprise Service Scope
LoopingSolution delivers specialized technology engineering including:
- AI Automation Services: Autonomous multi-agent pipelines, cognitive document parsing, and workflow automation.
- Data Science Services: Predictive machine learning architectures, statistical anomaly detection, and streaming telemetry analytics.

Invoices are distributed according to project milestone schedules agreed upon in individual Statements of Work. All billing queries, payment receipts, wire instructions, and tax documentation must be addressed directly to our finance desk at billing@loopingsolution.com. Standard corporate terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Service Levels & Warranty Disclaimers
While we architect systems to meet 99.8%+ uptime and rigorous verification thresholds, software and AI models are provided "as is" and "as available" according to designated SOW specifications. LoopingSolution does not warrant uninterrupted third-party cloud service availability (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure infrastructure outages).
